On behalf of the Illinois Reform Commission, it is my honor to provide you with a copy of our April 28, 2009 Report. The Commission has worked tirelessly these last one hundred days to formulate specific, meaningful proposals that will bring long overdue reform that the public wants and deserves. All of us have been saddened by the embarrassing scandals that have plagued our State in recent years. While it has been a dark period, these problems have provided a unique opportunity to make lasting changes that will benefit future generations.

American Recovery and Reinvestment Act
Governor Quinn launched www.Recovery.Illinois.gov , a tool for every taxpayer interested in the $787 billion federal stimulus package.
This site allows us to quickly share state-focused information about the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, collect project ideas from the public, and direct people to relevant state and/or federal agencies and applications. We look forward to working with you to make the Illinois recovery effort a success.
