GENERAL ASSEMBLY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

2008 – 2009 SCHOOL YEAR

To eliminate any questions or concerns you may have regarding the selection process I would like to just tell you a little bit about how these awards are given out.

Representative Eddy will be awarding (1) year scholarships to 4-Year State Universities, at this time Junior Collages are not included. All applicants are encouraged to reapply in coming years.

The General Assembly Scholarship Committee, which is comprised of eight active and retired educators, scores applications based on academics, community and extra-curricular activities and financial need. The Committee scores the applications without notice to or input from Representative Eddy or their staffs. You will be notified in early May whether you have received one of these scholarships.
